There are still many people who believe that our garden birds are all sparrows and starlings "or little brown birds" in actual fact, especially more recently due to the decline of the sparrow population this is definitely not the case. 

We have some stunning birds in every colour possible that frequent our gardens and parks, many unfortunately in decline for various reasons, but well worth looking and listening out for. A small selection are featured here thanks to Tommy Milner.
